Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on orro-co.com, operated by ORRO — Victor Cadon, sole trader (entreprise individuelle), registered with the RCS Orléans under number 909 877 318, registered office in Paris, France, contact: contact@orro-co.com.

1. Products
ORRO offers jewelry pieces from the SHAMS collection, sold on a pre-order basis ahead of stock arrival. Product descriptions, images and prices are presented as accurately as possible on each product page. Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each piece.

2. Pre-Orders
Editions marked as available for pre-order are reserved against upcoming stock. New stock typically becomes available within 45–50 days of order confirmation, and in exceptional cases within up to two months, as indicated on the product page. Estimated timelines are not contractual and may vary.

3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirham), taxes included, and may be updated at any time without affecting orders already confirmed. Full payment is collected at the time of order via the payment methods available at checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and major credit cards). Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Order Confirmation
An order confirmation is sent by email once payment is validated. ORRO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of a genuine dispute regarding payment, an existing dispute, an error, or reasonable suspicion of fraud.

5. Delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Dubai, UAE, once stock becomes available. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing, and are communicated as estimates only. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Where applicable under the laws of the customer's country of residence, customers may benefit from a right of withdrawal. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging and condition. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.

7. Warranty
Products are covered by the statutory legal warranty of conformity for a period of 2 years from the delivery date, in accordance with French and EU consumer protection law, excluding damage resulting from normal wear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

8. Liability
ORRO — Victor Cadon cannot be held liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, customers are invited to first contact us at contact@orro-co.com to seek an amicable resolution.
